Econsultancy used Toluna QuickSurveys to carry out research for its report ‘Twitter for Business Guide’. According to the survey, consumers are more likely to be positive than negative about brands on Twitter. While 26% of users say they have complained about brands on Twitter, over half (58%) have given companies praise on the microblogging site.
